EAT TO LIVE LIFESTYLE BOOK CLUB
Eat To Live Lifestyle’s mission statement is to promote and help people maintain a healthy lifestyle! We believe that being healthy consists of mind, body and soul. Our book club aims to feed our minds with information that ultimately impacts our lives for the better. At the end of the day we should be able to look back and see what we have learned as well as hopefully be able to maintain a consistent positive mindset whereby we are always learning and growing. The books we will be reading will consist of motivational, personal/self development, inspirational and general well being books.

To expand the horizons of our minds to learn more about living a healthier, happier, positive life through a diverse range of literature. Whereby we are engage members in productive dialogue.
Book club meetings will hold once a month at our Wuse II location on an agreed date and time that will be communicated to all by the book club coordinator.
Ideas, thoughts and feedback will be discussed at our book club meetings as well as what we have all learned and gained from the readings. For those of us out of Abuja or unable to attend the monthly meetings, minutes from our meetings will be shared via our whatsapp group and email.
EAT TO LIVE LIFESTYLE FITNESS BOOT CAMP
- Every 2nd and last Saturday of the month.
In our bid to promote a more active and fit lifestyle for all most especially in Nigeria our Eat To Live Lifestyle (ETLL) Fitness Bootcamp holds twice a month. Every 2nd and last Saturday of the month. …Featuring different exciting fitness instructors and various types of physical activity from dance, aerobic, kick boxing, spinning, yoga and much more. These fitness bootcamps are open to all and are free!

EAT TO LIVE LIFESTYLE RUN/WALK GROUP
- Every WEDNESDAYS @ 6 AM
- Every SATURDAYS @ 8 AM (MAY VARY)
Join Our Fun Run/Walk Group on Wednesdays at 6:00 am and Saturdays at 8:00 am (Saturday times may vary seasonally). The group leaves from the Eat To Live Lifestyle store at GCL Plaza, located in Wuse 2 by 1st Forty Hotel on Aminu Kano Crescent together and will usually go from 2 – 4+ miles depending on individual preferences. Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome.
